RP SAMPLE It was the middle of the night as Leah woke up. Her heart still beating fast from the nightmare she just had. Still breathless she pushed back a strand of her dark hair, where it belonged. She could feel that she was sweaty. Closing her eyes for only a second, taking a calming breath she reminded herself that it had been just a dream. When she turned towards her bedside table and looked at the clock, a sigh escaped her lips. It was shortly after midnight and she was already awake. She laid back in her bed again, trying to shake off all her thoughts. To herself she thought, that she could be happy for having at least a few hours of sleep. The whole beeing a werewolf thing messed with her sleep and with her dreams. After all her day was always the same, she got up for the patrols, which she did the whole day. Then after she was finished with it, the Pack had nearly every day something to discuss about, what meant it became later. Then she searched for a place to sleep or got home, when Jake told them to. Followed by getting up at around midnight again for a new patrol.
After a moment laying on her bed she gave up. Leah rolled out of her bed. Silently to not make any noise that could wake her mother. She wasn´t sure if Seth was around to but, she didn´t believed it. Fastly she looked around her room for a few clothes, which she found really fastly. So she changed into a blue skirt, a white, blue top. She got a pair of shoes and put them on. Fastly she grabbed a hairbrush and pulled it through her hair a few times. Until they didn´t looked like a haystack anymore. Silently not making a sound she got her window and opened it. Leah looked from her window down to the ground. A moment she didn´t feel awake enough for such a jump, but then she pushed that thought aside and jumped. With a silent dull sound she landed with her feet on the ground. Looking back at the house again, she was happy to see that no lights had went on inside, what would mean her mother had noticed she had disappeared.
Aimelessly she started to walk through the streets of La Push. Watching the streets in the pale light of the moon and stars, let everything appear different to her. Not that Leah was afraid of darkness, if she was honest she even liked the night. She loved the quietness and peacefullness that was everywhere around her when it was dark. She noticed that the cold air that was pulling on her hair and clothes, was quiet comfortable to her. After she all she was a werewolf what meant her body temperature, which was already higher then any humans, cooled down a bit after her restless sleep. It was calming to be outside and to take a walk, at least for Leah. Whenever she wanted to get away from everything, she just needed a walk and a chance to let her thoughts free. Now she was on her way through the main street, which wasn´t a really big street. After all La Push was just a little reservation, beside the small town of Forks.
A grin appeared on her face as she got an idea. So she started to run. After all her title fastest wasn´t coming from nowhere, it meant she had to train to keep her record. So she continued her way through town, until she reached a few parking lots, which were a bit farer away from the city. They were right next to the beach, there Leah stopped unsure where to go next. But before she had really thought about it, she was on her way down the small stairs to the beach. As she felt the sand under her feet, she sighed in relieve, here she felt free from everything. Leah walked along the beach, she wanted to get to a place a bit away from the beginning of the beach. The beach was so different to most other places, Leah thought. The air smelled salty, the waves coming to the beach and the constant moving of the water was to hear. As a child Leah had spent nearly every day at the beach, she had played here for hours, but that had been a long time ago, she thought.
For a moment she whished she would have taken her swimming things with her. It might have been soothing to do some swimming. But in the next moment she thought that it was probably better she hadn´t, cause now that it was dark the water had to be ice cold. So she simply continued her way along the beach. While she walked she wondered what the others of her Pack were doing right now. Sure a few of them were running patrols, but the others were probably at home laying in their beds. A moment later Leah thought about what time it was by now, but she had not taken her watch with her and there was no sign of a sunrise on the horizon. What meant she probably hadn´t needed so long for her walk as she had thought. Leah now reached her favourite place on the beach. It was far away from the place where all the tourists normally were. It was a small bay which was hidden behind a few huge rocks. There she sat down to the sandy ground and tucked up her legs. Watching the waves, which were glittering in the moonshine, rolling to the beach.

OVER-ALL Leah Clearwater is an independent young woman. She is a really loyal person and does everything for the people she loves. Also Leah is a really truthful person, that means she always says, what's on her mind. Leah can also be really sarcastic, what often makes her more enemies then friends. To the friends she has, she is loyal and would do anything for them, as well as for her family. She is highly protective of her brother Seth and does not allow anyone to harm him. One of her biggest weaknesses is Sam, he broke her heart in the past and made her whole world come crashing down. So it's still hard for her to be around him. Another weakness of her is her bad temper, which she can't control pretty well. Leah get's easily angry and then she phases. But Leah is also a really independent and strong-willed young woman. She knows exactly what she wants out of life and always tries to get it, no matter what she has to do for it. That is why she never gave up her secret wish of finding her imprint. But Leah is also a person, that is really impatient, she really can't wait for things to happen. If she wants something to happen, it has to happen right away. Also Leah does not allow herself to show weakness, what comes from her time in a Pack full of guys. That's why she never cries in front of others or shows it when she is hurt, she keeps all this feelings locked inside of her, behind a huge wall, what clearly is not good for her. But there is also a really nice and caring side in her, that she shows only rarely. But once, she calls someone a friend, that person, can always count on her no matter what.

FULL HISTORY Leah had the normal childhood for a girl growing up on the reservation. Played in the woods, the beach, went to school, and watched the-oh-so-pretty-boys grew to men. When Leah got into college, she found one man she could spend the rest of her life with. Sam Uley. He was everything she wanted. Leah was happy. Then came the changes...
Sam disappeared for two weeks, and left Leah and his friends and family frantic and worried. Finally Sam came home. Leah was so happy, so relived and....hurt... Sam was not normal. He was withdrawn and keeping to many secrets. Too many lies came between them. Leah, however, stayed beside him, prepared to deal with anything and everything in order to have Sam.
Her best friend, and family member Emily, came to visit and it was that event that would start Leah's spiral downfall. Sam left her for Emily. It was easy to see how happy they were together. Leah gritted her teeth and put on a brave face. When Emily asked her to be a bridesmaid Leah said yes, but the bitterness started.
It would not be until the day her own change came that Leah would understand. Imprinting, changing....and mind links. It was hard. It hurt to see herself though all the guy's eyes. The pity. Sam's pity and guilt. It often made her lash out at them. Thinking of things to make them hurt. Glad they hurt and stopped thinking of her. She became a pain in there ass. She made hers become the worst thing about their change.
When her Father learned of her change, it gave him a heart attack and that would be what killed him. It only made her more bitter. Harder. Colder. Things got worse when her baby brother joined the pack days later. Anger at his lost of a 'innocent childhood' as well as her own life would push her to be even worse.
Jake would be what saved her. Ironically. When left disbanded from the pack over the bloodsuckers, she thought long and hard and then left with him. She became happier and easier to live with away from Sam. She could finally heal, forgive herself, and learn to move on (If not become nicer to Jake at least). She understood where Jake was going, understood the long dark hole of bitterness. She and Jake would become friends. Once he decided to keep his own pack, Jacob names Leah as his 'Beta'.
